Fritz Thom is not only the founder of LPS and the executive producer, he is both mastermind and strategic thinker in opening up ever new grounds for artists and their music as well as for his company. Weaving international networks and helping to bring the quality segment of the music business further is among his special dedications.

Heinz Krassnitzer joined the team as early as 1978. Himself a passionate music producer and festival organizer, Heinz enjoys the day-to-day work with the artists and the long nights at festivals or in Jazz clubs around the world.

Margit Rauner, bringing a lot of experience from tourism and the avaiation industry, joined the team in 1995. Margit is the soul of complex and well-coordinated operations of Live Performance Service, the calm centre even of the stormiest festival-days.
