Fritz Thom and his team clearly look beyond the limitations of the everyday concert business and strive to make their contribution to bring the quality segment of the music business as a whole further. A way to do this and to support sharing experiences and future developments on a global scale is to weave international networks of music promoters.

In 1982 Fritz Thom was among the founding members of the first European Jazz Festivals Organization (EJFO), which later expanded its scope by becoming the International Jazz Festivals Organization (IJFO), for which Fritz Thom serves as chairman since 2002. In 2004 Fritz also helped establishing the Asian Jazz Festival Organization (AJFO).
